BOOKING:
How do I book an event?
- Call to check availability of your
event date. Summer and Christmas dates fill fast and are subject
to first come, first served. Next, we will send you a proposal
reflecting cost and event details(food, lodging, transporation,
rental equipment, etc.). Finally, to reserve a date we require
a cash deposit/major credit card. Your final guest count is required
3 days prior to your event date. Balance is due the day of event.
MENUS:
What are your prices for a buffet reception compared to a sit down?
- Our menus are customized to meet
your specific culinary or financial needs..
Buffets are comprised of more choices in sides and salads and
are generally casual events allowing guests to mingle easier.
A sit down is a more formal affair, with a per-head price that
is slightly higher because it requires more staff.
VENUES:
Can you help me find an 'off-site venue', rentals, a florist, and
a photographer?
- Absolutely! Blossoms Catering can
help you determine the location that is right for you – based
on your budget and venue preferences. In addition we can handle
your rental, florist, photographer, videographer, entertainment,
and much, much more.
